Snagit is free software for HSU staff and faculty so might as well give it a try! If it's on your screen, you can use Snagit to capture words, images or a scrolling screen. Then you can add annotations (arrows, effects, callouts, shapes, stamps, highlights, blurs, etc), pull text from images through OCR, or make an animated gif.
