Do you own a mountain bike and want to learn more about how to maintain your bike, learn about the local resources and local trails? Want to learn how to adjust your bike to fit your body and how to adjust your body position to ride technical trails? Come to this class with your mountain bike (lock it up outside the Library) and a helmet. We will cover these topics and afterwards have a change to try out some of the techniques on a ride through the Arcata Forest trails behind HSU (HSU is not responsible for any damages or injuries and is not connected to the ride in any way). Bring a helmet, learn lots, have fun.
