Mind Over Mood

Learn how to get off the rollercoaster of emotions we often find ourselves on! Workshop attendees will learn mindfulness meditation skills and tips for dealing with interpersonal conflictsa and self-critical thoughts. They will create their own personal lists of how to help themselves get through upsetting moments in life.
