The Leadership Toolkit Series will focus on helping leaders motivate and develop the people they lead. Throughout the series, we will highlight a specific leadership skill to discuss and practice together. The following topics will be part of this series: Providing Feedback, Listening, Coaching and Storytelling. Each session in the series will focus on how to apply the skills as a leader, however, anyone interested in the topic may attend any one or the whole series. August 4, 11am-12pm - Storytelling: Have you heard a leader share an inspirational story and wish you could tell stories like they do? Storytelling helps you connect to your employees and illustrates points in a way they can be remembered and retold. In this session we will talk about the art of storytelling and how to find and capture your motivational stories.
