This workshop will expose emerging and advanced leaders to team building strategies for creating strong relationships and community. Participants will learn about the three levels of team building. These levels allow community/group participants to develop relationships: starting with introductions, then gaining familiarity with each other, and finally being challenged to solve problems by working together and thinking critically.
